30-day returns
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of arrival at our studio.
How to start a return
Email concierge@scarlettstitch.co with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label for US returns.
